Simply stating that someone is interacting with a system is often sufficient.
     
  • AI with minimal risk
    Most AI applications fall into this category. Think of internal automations, analytics, or supportive tools without direct impact on rights or decision-making. These systems are largely unrestricted. As long as data is handled carefully and transparency is respected, AI can be used freely.

Transparency obligations under the EU AI Act

Transparency is a core principle of the EU AI Act. The idea is simple. People should understand when AI is being used and what role it plays.

Whenever AI communicates with people or influences decisions, this must be made clear. Users should know whether they are interacting with a system or a human.
